Logging in to over 1

On Android

Install the over 1 APK from our download page or open over 1 in your mobile browser. Tap the account icon or menu, then sign in with your email and password. Over 1 will keep you logged in; log out only if you are sharing your device.

On iOS and desktop

Open over 1 in Safari or your mobile browser, or visit over1.id on desktop. Enter your email or username and password. If you check "Keep me signed in on this device", your session persists across app refreshes. Close all tabs and log out before leaving a shared device.

Password reset and account recovery

Forgot your password? Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered email, and we will send a reset link within minutes. Use the link to set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact our support team with proof of identity.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Once logged in, go to your account settings and enable 2FA via SMS. We will send a code to your phone each time you log in from a new device. This protects your account from unauthorized access even if someone has your password.

Session timeout and security

Your over 1 session expires after subject to verification of inactivity for security. On public devices, always log out before leaving. Your account is tied to your registered email, phone, and verified KYC documents; we use this information to confirm your identity during account recovery.

Your over 1 account status

After you sign in, your over 1 account displays your current balance, KYC verification status, betting limits, and recent transactions. If your account is restricted (e.g., pending KYC approval, flagged for fraud review), you will see a notice at the top of your account page. Contact our support team for clarification.

KYC verification pending

Your account is pending KYC approval. We review submitted identity documents within one business day. During this period, you may have betting limits in place. Check your email for document status updates or rejection reasons. Resubmit documents if requested.

Withdrawal limits or hold

If your withdrawal is on hold, our compliance team is reviewing your account activity and deposit source for fraud prevention. This typically takes a few hours. We will notify you via email when the review is complete. If you have questions, contact our support team.
